El Yaque Local Alexis Carache is one of El Yaque´s first Windsurfers, starting his Windsurfing at the Sharks Center in El Yaque, where he became a good Freestyler in the beginning but fast changed to his passion, Slalom Windsurfing. Right now Alexis is five times venezuelan Champion, won the Aruba High Winds twice became third at the southamerican Championchips and always delivers a hard battle to the Slalom Pro´s visiting his home village. Just recently he opened his Windsurfing School VivaWindsurf right in Casa Viva / Shark. With his Boat "El Yaquero" Carache also offers tours around the Island, snorkeltrips, Trips to Isla Cubagua and Coche
